Hatha Yoga - Outdoors

  • June 12 to July 5, 2018 (Tues., Thurs.), 7:10-8:10 AM
  • Next to Pond on Harford Community College Campus

Create a supple and relaxed body. Hatha Yoga is a systematic way to attain emotional harmony, physical health, and mental peace. Exercises include body postures, deep relaxation, breath control, cleansing processes, and mental concentration. Bring a towel or mat for exercising. Level I offers a slower progression of very gentle warm-ups and postures with shorter holding periods for the beginner who is mainly interested in relaxation techniques and muscle toning. Evening Lap Swim
