About ITS

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides technology support in Internet services, networking, telecommunications, microcomputer hardware and software support for all academic and administrative computer users on campus.

Functional Units

Technology Support Services

Technology Support Services is responsible for supporting ITS HelpDesk, Work Order Ticketing system, computer hardware and software, printing, audio visual systems, and management of mobile devices.

Copy Center

The copy center provides duplication and printing services for the campus. Transparencies, posters, binding and booklet making services are also available.

Enterprise Information Systems

This unit is responsible for maintaining and supporting the college's student information system and related applications including the Owlnet web portal.

Network & Systems Administration

This unit is responsible in implementing and in maintaining the technology systems and infrastructure for the academic and administrative needs of the College. The main services of the department include:  Network infrastructure, Telecommunications infrastructure,  Inter-campus/site connectivity, Internet services, and Network and Information Security.
