Contacts and Resources

Maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of the campus community is HCC’s primary concern. Below is a list of Campus and Community Resources:

Resources:

HCC Department of Public Safety (Library): 443-412-2272
The Department of Public Safety office is open 24 hours a day to assist victims of sexual harassment and discrimination. If an individual is not certain whether criminal conduct is involved, a Public Safety Officer can assist in determining whether a crime has occurred. With the victim’s consent, the Public Safety Officer may notify the Harford County Sheriff’s Office to conduct an official criminal investigation of any allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination. With the victim’s consent, the Public Safety Officer will arrange for transportation to University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center where a SAFE exam can be performed by a trained FNE.

Harford County Sheriff’s Office: 911 or 410-838-6600
Any individual who experiences sexual harassment and discrimination is strongly encouraged to contact local law enforcement.
