Requesting a Transcript

Request Official Transcript

  • Order a PDF eTranscript or mailed paper transcript through Parchment
  • Current student should access our Parchment transcript ordering system, directly through Owlnet to be automatically signed in to your account using your HCC credentials. 
  • Continuing Education and former students (or current students that also attended prior to 1995) will need to create a Parchment account first.
  • Have a document to send with your transcript? Please make sure to first send the form to registration@harford.edu to have your form completed and returned to you before attaching to your Transcript request.
  • Transcripts are sent as-is. Please check to ensure your degree and/or most recent grades have been posted before ordering your transcript.
  • There is a $7 fee for electronic transcripts. Mailing options are available with additional fees.
  • Please contact registration@harford.edu with any questions.
